Repair service

Maintenance work is carried out exclusively by manufacturer-authorized service engineers. They are regularly trained in the manufacturer's factories. This enables us to guarantee you fast and precise repair work. Necessary updates/upgrades are carried out according to the manufacturer's instructions. Only Anandic can provide this service for the manufacturer organizations we represent.

Repair registration

If a maintenance contract has been concluded, all the activities that arise are automatically taken over by Anandic, this includes compliance with the maintenance cycles, carrying out the maintenance, replacing the parts, documentation as well as scheduling and much more.

Training service

We are also happy to train your technical and clinical staff in-house. Training programmes are designed individually. Safety service CE certificates of conformity and test reports are available for all products.

Chargeable support

Anandic Medical Systems AG reserves the right to charge a contribution towards costs for support services. This can be done both for telephone and written enquiries. The consultant will inform you of the obligation to pay the costs.

Chargeable are:

  • All Windows-based problems (driver installations, administrator rights, etc.)
  • Information which can be found in the instructions for use

We carry out all work processes in accordance with the Medical Devices Act and our certified quality assurance system ISO 13485:2016 / EN 62535.
