Due to the upcoming retirement of a long-standing service technician in our team of four in Lausanne, we are looking for a field service technician for the region of Western Switzerland (areas FR, NE, JU, VD, VS, GE) from 1 November 2024 or by arrangement.

This field of activity inspires you:

• Maintenance, service and repair work for our customers for a defined product area
• Collaboration with the sales team in the realisation of customer orders
• Project realisation incl. preparation and installation (hardware and network)
• Customer support for technical issues and customer training
• Application support for devices and software applications

You will fit in with us if you have the following experience and knowledge:

• Successfully completed technical vocational training as an electronics technician, automation technician, mechatronics technician, multimedia electronics technician or a comparable training
• Professional experience in field service and a high level of customer orientation
• Good IT knowledge (network, hardware, standard programmes, operating systems)
• Experience in the field of medical technology or interest in familiarising yourself with itPlace of residence must be in Suisse Romande
• French mother tongue and knowledge of German at least level A2
• High degree of independence and flexibility
• Solution- and goal-orientated way of working
