Mistral-Air Blankets Premium
The unique Mistral-Air warming blanket Premium has an insulating top layer. It increases the heat capacity by at least 10% as it reduces heat loss by radiation. The Premium blankets can be used passively in the pre- and post-operative phase, as the patient retains heat during transport even without blower air. Intraoperatively, the blankets are used actively.

Controlled diffusion
The controlled diffusion of air combines a high-volume blower with a low-pressure blanket. The warm air of the high-volume blower is evenly distributed in the warming blanket due to the aerodynamic attuned design of the warming blankets. The warm air is diffused - quietly and evenly - through the specially designed (permeable) material of the Mistral-Air Warming Blankets on your patient.
