Your benefits at a glance
- The HeartStart FRx has been specially developed for use in demanding conditions. Thanks to its robust design, it can withstand a water jet, withstands loads of up to 227 kg and can easily survive drops from a height of up to one metre onto concrete.
- The automatic shock analysis reliably determines whether a shock is required. Clear, calm voice prompts guide the user step by step through defibrillation and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), ensuring that even untrained helpers can act with confidence.
- A universal set of electrodes is suitable for all age groups and different chest sizes. The special paediatric mode enables safe use on children, whilst the Quick-Shock function ensures a shock is delivered within a maximum of 8 seconds.
- Over 80 automatic self-tests check the battery, electronics and electrodes on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. This ensures the AED is ready for use at all times and monitors its own functionality independently.
