Since the introduction of the Marquette 12SL Analysis Program in 1980, GE Healthcare has consistently expanded its electrocardiograph-based suite of ECG analysis programs and capabilities. Today, we continue to lead developments in computerized ECG analysis – setting even higher levels of clinical accuracy, validity, and performance. Our commitment to improving the science of ECG interpretation has led to the use of our analysis programs across GE diagnostic ECG and monitoring systems, as well as implementation into other industry-leading products. This implementation makes our programs a preferred choice in a variety of care settings and industries, including emergency medicine, inpatient, outpatient, and clinical research organizations (CRO’s).

Marquette 12SL

The Marquette 12SL ECG Analysis program is a computer program for analyzing simultaneously acquired 12-lead ECGs. It makes precise measurements of recorded cardiac signals, then provides an interpretation of the ECG waveforms using classic and newly developed ECG interpretation criteria for both rhythm and morphology.

 

Marquette 12SL Serial Comparison

Identifies significant changes in a patient’s ECG history, include new left bundle branch block, an accepted indication for primary PTCA in the face of chest pain.

Gender-Specific Interpretation

Due to the differences in symptoms and heart rhythms between men and women, GE developed the Marquette 12SL ECG Analysis Program with Gender-Specific Interpretation, a unique analysis program that makes precise measurements or recorded cardiac signals.

ACI-TIPI

Acute Cardiac Ischemia Time-Insensitive Predictive Instrument (ACI-TIPI) generates a numerical score representing the probability that a patient has Acute Cardiac Ischemia.

Marquette 15-Lead ECG Analysis

Simultaneous 15-lead acquisition, analysis, measurement and storage provides accurate ST measurements for the detection of changes that occur in some non-diagnostic 12-lead cases to facilitate prompt detection of right ventricular and posterior MI.

Marquette Heart Rate Turbulence

Marquette Heart Rate Turbulence analysis program measures and compares the heart rate before and after pre- ventricular contractions. These comparisons are then used to determine the status of a patient’s autonomic nervous system, which is indicative of cardiac health – and thus, predictive for SCD.

Marquette T-Wave Alternans

T-Wave Alternans Analysis program detects and measures TWA at any heart rate, over short exercise intervals and requires no special electrodes; TWA amplitude and duration are two essential components for patients at high risk.

Marquette Waterfall Display provides a cascade of instant visual analysis of ECG data and changes by Utilizing technology that can quickly transform and display complex ECG information in an intuitive, easy-to-view manner.

Marquette Hookup Advisor

Hook Up advisor signal quality analysis program indicates lead signal quality, and represents a valuable productivity-enhancing approach to identifying, measuring and eliminating poor waveform quality during recording of the ECG.
