What products are currently used to diagnose and monitor COVID-19?
All our products are used daily in the diagnosis and treatment of many diseases. We are experiencing increasing demand for disposable medical accessories, temperature monitoring systems, patient monitors, ventilators and licenses fpr clinical IT support solutions. 

What is your continuity plan to maintain manufacturing and order fulfillment? Do you expect delivery delays? Which products are affected?
All our suppliers have extensive crisis management and business continuity programmes in place. They are committed to fulfilling customer orders and continually adapting the performance of the manufacturing operations to meet market demands, while ensuring the safety of the operations and service processes.

In addition, our suppliers are regularly interviewed on business continuity to minimise disruption to the flow of goods to our plants. Anandic invcests in upfront supplier orders. The size and scope of our service organisation allows us to leverage resources from different geographic areas, which helps us to best respond to local needs and continue to serve our customers. We have a global network of suppliers, a robust supply chain and globally distributed manufacturing for its entire product portfolio.

Are there supply shortages of materials or finished products?
We take measures to reduce bottlenecks, thereby meeting customer demand and minimising the impact on our customers around the world. Due to the size and scope of our business, we ar able, together with our logistic partners, to secure the transport capacity needed to move products and materials to and from the affected areas.

What is Anandic's business continuity plan to maintain its services? What happens if a large number of your field service representatives fall ill or have to go into self quarantine?
We have crisis management and business continuity programs in place. In line with our commitment, we are committed to ensuring that our operations and service functions continue to operate safely.

The size and scope of our service organisation allows us to leverage resources from different geographic areas, which helps us to best respond to local needs and continue to serve our customers. We also monitor the health of our field technicians and provide them with personal protective equipment for equipment maintenance.

We are a hospital with confirmed cases of COVID-19, can the service technicians or employees continue to work at our site?
The health and safety of field service technicians and and all other employees  is extremely important to us. Our employees may ask customers to inform us of their infection control procedures. We anticipate that customers will provide hazard and safety information to all employees and contractors on site.

Our employees should not work in any area of a medical facility that is isolated due to the epidemic or in an area where a patient is actively receiving treatment. We will contact our customers directly for any changes to normal procedures.
